We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product out of stock or discontinued
• Pricing or promotional errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
• Inability to verify payment or delivery information

In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will be notified via email.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners once the shipment has been dispatched and a tracking number has been shared.

8. Returns & Refunds

As a general principle: we stand behind our products. If something arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
