Refund policy

Please read before proceeding: Our products are FSSAI-regulated food supplements. For hygiene and safety, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible to raise a return request in the following circumstances:

  • The product was received in damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a product that is expired at the time of delivery
  • You wish to return an unopened, sealed product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery

All return requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept a return in the following situations:

  • The product seal has been broken, the product has been opened, or it has been used
  • The product was purchased during a clearance sale or is explicitly marked "Non-returnable"
  • The return request is raised more than 30 days after delivery
  • The product was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery through one of the following:

Your request must include:

  • Your Order ID and a copy of the invoice
  • Clear photos of the product, its packaging, and the shipping label
  • A brief description of the reason for return

Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and, if approved, will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number along with return instructions. Do not ship anything back before receiving an RMA number.


4. Return Shipping

Who covers return shipping depends on why the return is happening:

  • Our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product): We will arrange a pickup or reimburse you for the return shipping cost.
  • Customer's decision (unopened product return within 30 days): Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

In all cases, please use a trackable shipping method. HealthX Labs is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout — credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking.

For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank account details (account number and IFSC code) to our support team.

Note: Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow the full 14 business days before escalating.

6. Replacements & Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the issue.

If the original product is out of stock at the time of replacement, we will offer you:

  • An exchange for a product of equal value, or
  • A full refund

The choice is yours. We will not substitute without your consent.


7. Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription plan, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests within this window may not be processed in time to stop the next charge.

Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already been processed and dispatched. The standard return policy applies if you are eligible under the conditions in Section 1.


8. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@healthxlab.com or call +91 9313500465.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to initiate a return once the order is delivered, subject to the conditions described in this policy.


9. Chargebacks & Fraud

If you have a genuine dispute, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without reaching out to us will slow down the resolution process — not speed it up.

HealthX Labs reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or without merit. Accounts found to be engaging in chargeback abuse or return fraud may be permanently blacklisted from our platform.
