Shipping policy
Every HealthX Labs order is processed, packed, and dispatched with care. Here's exactly how we get your order to you.
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). If you place an order after 2:00 PM IST, it will be picked up for processing on the next business day.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS with your Order ID and a summary of what's been placed. Keep this handy — you'll need it for any queries.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 0–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location. Metro cities typically receive orders faster; remote or Tier 3 areas may take closer to the upper end of the range.
These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to:
- Courier performance or operational constraints
- Public or bank holidays
- Strikes or civil disruptions
- Adverse weather conditions
- Natural events or force majeure situations
3. Shipping Partners
We work with India's most reliable courier networks to ensure your order reaches you safely:
- Delhivery
- Bluedart
- DTDC
- Xpressbees
- India Post (for select remote locations)
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the "Track My Order" page on our website.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order value, no conditions. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes across India. A flat ₹50 COD handling fee applies per order. This is a payment processing fee — it is not a shipping charge.
6. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to:
- Track via the "Track My Order" section on healthxlab.com
- Track directly on the courier partner's website using the consignment number
If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please reach out to us at support@healthxlab.com.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail — due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or a refusal to accept the package — the order will be returned to us.
- Prepaid orders: Refunds for returned orders will be processed after deducting applicable handling and re-shipping charges.
- COD orders: Re-shipment will only be arranged after advance payment is received.
To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
HealthX Labs is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Courier delays or operational disruptions
- Labour strikes or protests
- Lockdowns or government-mandated restrictions
- Severe weather or natural disasters
In such situations, we will do our best to keep you informed. You can always contact our support team to get the latest update on your order.
9. Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with items missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@healthxlab.com.
Your message must include:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos or a short video of the damaged packaging and affected product(s)
10. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address — including flat/house number, street name, landmark, city, state, and PIN code.
HealthX Labs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check before placing your order.
11. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International orders are not accepted at this time.

12. Important Notes
- Orders are shipped only after successful payment authorisation. Pending or failed payments will not be dispatched.
- All delivery timelines are indicative and not contractually guaranteed.
- During sale events, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
